I recently had my 30th Birthday Party at the Manor Hotel in their exceptionally gorgeous Triumph Bar. The hotel team were amazing from start to finish of our event, from the planning stages right through party night and even after the event ensuring we were happy with how it turned out.
The hotel is in a gorgeous location and the triumph bar has to be the most glamorous bar I’ve held a party in, the décor was amazing and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The sales team were on hand throughout our whole planning stage making sure every little detail was thought of and I couldn’t have been any happier.
I’d like mention especially, Paula, the hotel sales manager who was remarkable throughout…she knew exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly.
The food and drinks on the night again, we couldn’t fault, the canapé menu we decided to have fitted right in with the theme of the party and the exclusiveness of the Triumph. If you are considering having an event at the Triumph or even the Manor Hotel go for it! You won’t be disappointed – the team at the hotel are so experienced in what they do! The hotel really helped make my 30th so special…here’s to planning my 40th there in 10 years’ time!

Unfailingly charming, efficient and enthusiastic
It was a pleasure, particularly, to meet all the staff I encountered – unfailingly charming, efficient and enthusiastic. I work in customer service at a well-known golf hotel resort and it is wonderful to see this in our industry.

Hit the Spot
was obliged to spend two days here due to business work in Meriden and was delighted when I opened the door to my room to find the heating already on and the room very cosy indeed.
Such a small attention to detail goes a long way to making one feel more comfortable, quickly.
All the girls on reception were a pleasure to deal with and this assured that my stay was faultless.
Really nice bed with great pillows takes the strain after a long day in the office.

Booked 1 night bed and breakfast after finding a fantastic deal online direct with the hotel. Also found online a 50% discount for the restaurant.
When visiting the NEC we normally stay at the Premier Inn, but for the price thought we would give it a go, and so pleased we did. The hotel is excellent, booked a queen suite, bed was super comfy.
Wifi was free and super fast.
We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, and with the discount of 50% on the mains exceptional value. Our fillet steaks were cooked perfectly.
Breakfast was buffet style, and again great.
From the reception to the restaurant, all staff were incredibly polite and friendly.
The location is also good, only 10 minutes from the NEC, also the village, Meriden has 2 pubs which looked really nice, a Budgen’s and a Coop.
From now on we will definitely be staying here when we visit the NEC, its cheaper than the Premier Inn, and considerably better.

A lovely place to stay
Well where to start, we have stayed here several times and we will definitely stay again. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. The room is comfy with all you need, if a little warm but better than being cold. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and makes it a relaxing place to stay. We were served in the by Hayley on Sunday who was great. Even though they were short staffed and she hadn’t been there very long, she looked after us with a beaming smile and so attentive to all the customers. We had two couples near both celebrating special occasions and she made them both feel extra special and still looked after us all. We’ll done Hayley. Then again on Monday Tom served us and he was as attentive even though it was again busy. The only thing is we feel the food is a little over priced and because the other bar isn’t open you are abit limited. The breakfast buffet was as good as always and we will definitely be staying again

Outstanding Hotel and Service
There is only one word to describe everything about this hotel “AMAZING”.
We stayed in November 2019 to visit the BBC Good Food Show. On arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. When we arrived at our room, it was not as booked. The reception staff dealt with this with such professionalism, and as the original room booked was not available, they identified an alternative room with its own courtyard. This hotel could teach others so much about good customer service and deserves awards for this. Mistakes happen – it is how you deal with them and Best Western Meriden knows how to do this. Whilst we did not expect to be given complimentary drinks, the hotel went above and beyond – thank you it really did make our stay special.
Every member of staff we dealt with was really welcoming and friendly – it is clear this hotel values staff training and it is so lovely to see such professional young people in the hospitality industry. We can’t name everyone, but all reception staff were amazing; Fildelma the Irish restaurant supervisor is just an absolute hospitality star – such a natural; she dealt with some very disruptive guests at breakfast so sensitively on our final morning and then came and spoke to us to ensure we were ok and was really interested in what we had done during the previous day. There is also an amazing waitress in the restaurant who we had the pleasure to be served by called Hayley.
We don’t normally do chain hotels, but there is something special about Best Western Meriden Manor. If we need a hotel in the area again, we would return without hesitation. Almost forgot to say it offers outstanding value for money and the rooms are really comfortable, clean and spacious and a great two night’s
